Introduction.

Twisted Automotive is a UK-based automotive specialist known for re-engineering and refining iconic 4×4 platforms to a higher standard of performance, durability and craftsmanship. Each Twisted 110 is built as a fully bespoke vehicle rather than a standardised specification, with every example individually configured to suit the client’s intended use and aesthetic direction. The process goes beyond modification, involving extensive mechanical upgrades, chassis refinement, interior re-design and detailed finishing work to create a cohesive, modernised interpretation of the original platform. The result is a vehicle that retains the character of the Defender 110 while being comprehensively reworked to meet Twisted’s exacting engineering and design standards.

What did we make?

At 5am in the hills surrounding North Yorkshire, we captured a cinematic feature of the Stone Defender 110, working with first light to shape a natural, atmospheric backdrop that complemented the vehicle’s presence. The shoot was carefully planned to balance movement, detail and environment, allowing the 110 to be shown both in context and in isolation as the light evolved across the landscape. From slow, controlled driving sequences to static detail-led compositions, every frame was designed with intention to reflect the character and craftsmanship of the build.

The result is a bespoke media suite of videography and photography produced by MCharMedia, created specifically to support both web and social assets for the brand. The deliverables were structured to ensure versatility across platforms, combining cinematic storytelling with high-impact visual assets that can be deployed across campaign, editorial and organic content use.
